At Velmont Prime, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • All included accessories and manuals must be returned
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged through misuse
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards

Return Authorization

Customers must contact customer support before returning any item.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Refund Process

After the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or denial of the refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item was defective upon arrival

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the damage or defect

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrectly shipped products, subject to inventory availability.
